For my second house that I bought to rent out, I engaged Arvo for the job—and they completed everything in 2 months. It's both time-saving and cost-saving as I could start collecting rent earlier!

In the past, I would deal with designers and contractors separately, thinking I could save cost. I had to deal with so many different parties—wet work contractor, electric contractor, ceiling contractor, carpenter, and painting contractor. There were times a contractor couldn't come to work, delaying the others' work schedules. There was also a time when the carpentry work didn't go according to the designer's 3D drawing, with the carpenter arguing that the drawing failed to provide sufficient details. Hiring Arvo's services provided me peace of mind and satisfaction. Not too long before  that I had a bad experience with another contractor that I hired after having seen him working on someone else's house in my area. I just popped in and asked if he could renovate my house, and he came over and gave me a quote. But after giving him a downpayment of RM10,000, he only turned up for work for one day! I never saw him after that, so I had to make a police report.

Recently, my wife and I engaged Arvo for our condo renovation. Arvo handled the design and build, covering everything from 3D visuals, M&E (mechanical and electrical), lightings, ceiling work, wet work, tiles selection, air con, carpentry and painting, and cleaning. Also, interior decor and loose furniture. All drawings including detailing, construction drawings, and material selection were provided. Arvo would discuss with us the cabinets and compartments (to be built) before proceeding with carpentry work.
